(It might have been me)

We just got back from a motorcycle rally.  
Someone snuck some handquilting into the saddle bags.
And convinced the group to stop at the bar that just happens to be across the street from the quilt shop in McCall.

What luck. And I love those Garden Patch cats too! I hope you can finish it up quickly and enter it in my upcoming Pets on Quilt Show. I've been hoping someone will enter a Garden Patch Quilt in this show!

Were the people in McCall surprised to see a "gaggle" of motorcycles in front of their shop? Must have been a sight ;). Your snowflake looks beautiful, by the way. Did you get to quilt it on your trip? I usually take some sewing with my when I travel, but hardly ever do anything.

I love your interpretation of applique--making the applique white, and putting it on a colored background. I honestly don't see that very often outside of your work. This white on green snowflake is just beautiful. As always. :)
